A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Arnold Cordova, The Inner Circle, Rue du Rhône 40, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, e-mail: office@innercirclezone.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded is outside the European Union.
